樂薇 Levina，網易云音樂人，騰訊音樂人，抖音音樂人，WMA 世界音樂家協會董事，WMA 世界音樂家協會杰出教師勛章獲獎者。HappyNote（SINCE 2009）快樂音符國際音樂教育創始人。中央音樂學院音樂教育專業鋼琴方向學士學位，英國York 約克音樂學院音樂教育專業聲樂與器樂教學碩士學位，英國皇家音樂學院 Diplomas 教學文憑，歐洲鋼琴教師協會專業會員。施坦威全國青少年鋼琴比賽第 85,87,89 屆評委。

Ms Levina: NetEASe Cloud Musician, Tencent Musician, TikTok Musician. Director of the WMA World Musicians Association and recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Medal from the WMA World Musicians Association. Founder of Happy Note International Music Education. Bachelor's degree in Piano Education from the Central Conservatory of Music, Master's degree in Music Education from York Conservatory of Music in the UK, Teaching Diplomas from the Royal Schools of Music in the UK, and a professional member of the European Piano Teachers Association. Levina has had a passion for music since childhood. Levina has been invited multiple times to serve as a judge for the Beijing division of the Steinway & Sons 85th,87th, and 89th International Youth Piano Competition.

2025年12月12日，北京音樂廳北京初雪當晚的音樂會，以快樂音符Levina樂薇校長的原創力作拉開序幕。作為12歲便展露譜曲天賦的音樂家，Levina樂薇校長始終以音樂繪畫融合多維度藝術創造力深耕藝術教育，更以原創音樂傳遞生命哲思。此次，她的原創音樂專輯由環球音像出版并同步全球發行，為音樂界再添一抹亮色。在華音新銳交響樂團指揮李科先生的聯袂助陣下，樂薇校長登臺演奏原創音樂鋼琴協奏版《追尋理想人生》Pursuing an Ideal Life，激昂澎湃的旋律流淌在北京音樂廳的每一個角落，既是她作為音樂家的使命答卷，更是獻給快樂音符十六周年的誠摯賀禮。

Life is like songs, With an original music album, I summarize and record the growth process from 0 to 39 years old. From writing songs at the age of 12 to being weak at 20, standing tall at 30, and not confused at 40, no matter what happens, music accompanies growth and never leaves.

2018年，樂微Levina創作的長篇音樂勵志小說《鋼琴夢想》，由中國電影出版社出版。

《鋼琴夢想》樂薇原創文學音畫立體聲版小說中也融合了 樂薇原創的30余幅原創油畫畫作，并附58首可掃碼聆聽的經典鋼琴曲，以綜合藝術家視角探討生命意義與價值。該作品因音樂敘事特色被稱作中國版《愛樂之城》。
